Private order rules

By accepting the quote, you agree to abide by the following terms:

• 1. Purchasing a digital work from the artist grants you the right to personal use of the work. You can therefore in no case use the work for profit, resale of the work in any form whatsoever (Art made for stores or any work related to the company / websites, printing, 3D printing, promotional material, CD covers, games, book covers, social media artwork, icons etc). Use for commercial purposes is possible on condition of paying exploitation rights (To be agreed between the artist and the sponsor).
• 2. Personal use includes: credited repost of art, cropping for icons or other graphics, printing for personal use.
• 3. I agree to make 3 minor changes to the image for free. For a request for major modifications (pose, colors, styles, etc.) I could have to invoice accordingly.
• 4. For the quick sketch or painting I will send you a single step validation (3 retakes/corrections maximum). For more complex paintings I could offer you several validations (sketches, colors, etc.).
• 7. The order will only start after payment of an advance (30% of the quote price) paid within two days of sending the quote (via PayPal invoicing). The rest of the payment must be made when the final image is sent (delivery of the invoice).
• 8. Refund Policy After the first draft has been sent to the sponsor, if the sponsor wishes to cancel the order, the 30% deposit will not be refunded. If the order is already at the coloring stage, no refund will be made.
• Completed orders will be emailed to Sponsor in high resolution. Please confirm receipt of your order by replying to the email. The dimensions of the finished parts in high resolution will be 1000 - 2000px
• 9. No personal information (email address, name) will be made public in any way whatsoever, except with the sponsor's agreement.
